As an FFC + 10th House Intern, you will support our team by handling administrative tasks, assisting in the organization of events, and providing support to our members. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant and growing community of female entrepreneurs.

Duration: 3-6 months (depending on candidate availability)
This position is remote and you must have your own computer and strong internet connection.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Assist with daily administrative tasks including email management, scheduling, and document organization.

Support the coordination and execution of community events, both virtual and in-person.

Upload and submit event replays to the programming and social team

Help manage our online community platform, ensuring members’ queries and concerns are addressed promptly.

Assist in creating and distributing newsletters, updates, and other communications to members.

Source relevant articles and content to highlight

Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.

Perform research as needed to support various projects and initiatives.

Provide general support to the team as required.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and/or relevant experience and interests.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Uber-productive, able to switch between different kinds of tasks, and comfortable taking on all jobs complex or mundane.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passionate about supporting female entrepreneurs and fostering a diverse and inclusive community.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency and familiarity with online communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).

Basic knowledge of Canva, ClickUp, and Google Workspace

Enthusiastic about supporting female entrepreneurship and community building.

Prior experience in a similar role or within a membership-based community is a plus.
