Financial Associate, Carried Interest & Co-Investment

The Carried Interest & Co-Investment Financial Associate role at Blackstone involves working with a dynamic team to manage co-investment and carried interest programs. What You’ll Do

• Help structure investment allocation models and understand fund structures
• Calculate carried interest and capital investment distributions
• Assist with quarterly carried interest valuations
• Work on projects related to technology and process improvement
• Facilitate quarterly reporting for participants
• Coordinate with third-party banks and legal counsel

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Team-oriented and highly motivated
• Investran experience preferred
