What You’ll Do
- Oversee financial compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Manage the general ledger and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors for financial audits.
- Lead the transition to an in-house financial operations function.
- Implement technology solutions for financial reporting.
- Serve as the main contact during regulatory examinations.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Active FINRA Series 27 license required.
- 7-10 years of experience in financial operations or reporting.
- Strong knowledge of SEC and FINRA rules.
- Experience with broker-dealer accounting.
- Ability to build and manage internal controls.
