What You’ll Do
- Identify and attract exceptional founders through outreach and engagement.
- Work closely with founders to help them build and scale their businesses.
- Contribute to building Antler’s presence in Continental Europe.
- Develop your own ideas and prepare to start your own company.
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in early-stage investing or as a founder/operator.
- Strong people skills and good judgment.
- Curious and fast-learning with a commercial mindset.
- Highly independent and comfortable working without close oversight.
- Familiar with modern tools and automation.
- Technical background preferred, with experience in building or shipping systems.
