€270B EQT is looking for an experienced FX/IR Dealer to join their team in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll manage daily foreign exchange and interest rate trading while improving governance and processes. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on trading and strategic development, working closely with various internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day FX spot transactions independently
- Manage inquiries on FX and interest rate trades
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Lead projects to improve governance and operational processes
- Maintain trade logging and reporting practices
- Contribute to best practices in FX and IR processes
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in FX and interest rate trading
- Ability to execute FX spot transactions independently
- Solid understanding of interest rate products
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
