Role Overview:

This position will work on various projects that require research, analysis, spreadsheet creation, and organization of information and files for company corporate leases and facility costs. Candidate will have very strong Microsoft experience with more advanced experience in Excel, be highly organized, and possess good math and problem solving skills. Ability to work unsupervised. 2+ years experience in lease and/or construction cost analysis.

Create lease abstract spreadsheets and calendar of important dates. This document will outline key lease points, dates, and figures for each lease to be used as a reference and notification of deadlines, and other important information.

Audit all lease operating costs and taxes, and miscellaneous costs from landlords (cleaning, power, water, parking, etc). Full audit for all active leases’ costs.

Create a lease cost spreadsheet for tracking and quick reference on charges. This will include estimated calculation of OE and taxes, monthly lease amounts and increases (% and date), security deposits and reductions, facility charges, etc. Report will highlight monthly costs, cost per SF, cost per person.

Research and create an interior construction & renovation cost spreadsheet by city/location. This will provide insight into the costs and trends per city on furniture, architecture, MEP, subcontractor categories (electrical, mechanical, office fronts, flooring, plumbing, lighting, etc.), general contractor fees, PM costs, etc.

Obtain, organize, and translate where needed all current copies of all non-US leases.
