Head, Capital Formation

Antler is looking for a Head of Capital Formation for North America to lead fundraising efforts and build a strong capital team. This role is crucial for expanding Antler’s presence in the region and involves direct engagement with institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and a proven track record in capital formation, ready to make a significant impact in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fundraising efforts across North America for various fund products.
• Manage the entire fundraising cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors.
• Represent Antler at industry events and investor meetings.
• Develop and lead a small team of capital professionals.

What You Need

• Strong background in capital formation or fundraising in asset management.
• Established network with North American institutional investors.
• Proven track record of closing complex fund commitments.
• Experience in leading or building capital formation teams.
• Familiarity with venture capital or private equity structures is a plus.
