This role involves leading the finance function, managing fund accounting, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll work closely with partners and have the opportunity to innovate finance processes. What You’ll Do
- Oversee fund accounting and valuations for Nordic entities.
- Lead the annual closing process and financial reporting.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support finance workstreams during fundraising periods.
- Serve as the main contact for finance-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor the Finance Associate and improve team processes.
What You Need
- 6-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or fund operations.
- Strong knowledge of fund accounting and VC fund structures.
- Experience with complex regulatory and tax environments.
- Confident communicator with investors and regulators.
- Ability to manage and develop junior team members.
- Process improvement mindset, ideally with AI experience.
- Experience with Nordic finance and tax frameworks is a plus.
