CarterPierce is working with Highview Capital as they hire for their inaugural Field Associate Class. The Field Associate Program was created to make top analytical and problem-solving talent available to Highview portfolio companies, supporting their Senior Leadership Teams in executing transformations, integrating acquisitions, and other value creation initiatives.

Highview Capital is a global private equity investment vehicle backed by a multi-billion-dollar family office. Highview invests across a variety of industries, focused on industrials, business services and distribution. They target “transformational” opportunities that benefit from operational involvement and/or shifts in strategy.

The Field Associate role will work on-site and report directly to a Highview Portfolio Company’s Senior Leadership Team (e.g., CEO, CFO, or COO). The Field Associate Program provides a unique and flexible career path, where successful associates will grow into future senior leaders, rotate into other Highview companies, join Highview’s internal Value Creation team, or pursue a top-ranked MBA program. Given their proximity to Senior Leadership, Field Associates will have an opportunity to create significant, near-term value for portfolio companies and gain exposure to a broad spectrum of private equity investing, including add-on acquisitions (inclusive of execution, integration, and disposition), strategic value creation initiatives (planning and execution), and observe board meetings throughout the life of our hold period.

Current Field Associate openings include Chicago, Connecticut and Denver

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 – 4 years out of undergrad
  • 2 – 4 years of management consulting experience (pre-MBA) or 2 – 4 years in a management rotational program (pre-MBA)
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with finance and data analysis applications
  • Superior analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights & action
  • Ability to flourish and navigate in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity
  • Strong desire to engage at the operational level with mid-market portfolio companies
