Senior Analyst, Portfolio Operations

We are seeking a talented individual to join ICONIQ Growth’s highly strategic Portfolio Operations team to help drive commercial and strategic opportunities between the technology companies in our portfolio and our broader ecosystem of industry-leading businesses. The Portfolio Operations team delivers on ICONIQ Growth’s mission to be the partner of choice for leading tech founders and companies by expanding and partnering with ICONIQ’s unique ecosystem of family office clients, portfolio companies, Limited Partners and broader network, and driving value to ICONIQ Growth portfolio partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the expansion & mapping of ICONIQ’s network of senior leader relationships by leveraging various data sources including PitchBook, LinkedIn, internal data, and others to conduct market mapping and primary research.
- Logistically support events with founders, corporate executives and thought leaders to produce insight sharing across our portfolio and network. Support activities can include, the creation of meeting collateral, research for attendee bios and assembling prep emails for events.
- Support the facilitation of relevant commercial or strategic introductions amongst portfolio companies, network relationships and prospects.
- Assist in platform management, helping ensure data hygiene and platform best practices are maintained to ensure scalability.
- Assemble information gathered from networking activities to inform portfolio companies on trends and strategic priorities of key customer verticals.
- Build and maintain presentations and marketing materials to inform team members on network, stories of connectivity and value creation, as well as for internal reporting and training purposes.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS, consulting or Venture Capital firm
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic background, with demonstrated entrepreneurial mind set.
- Proficient in using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
- Strong integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence, and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations to lead diverse stakeholders and drive execution.
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our San Francisco office in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $110,000-$120,000 together with a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program.
