What You’ll Do

- Manage administrative tasks and respond to inquiries
- Create and update training materials and documentation
- Assist with AI-enabled content creation
- Prepare reports and maintain HR system data
What You Need
- Must be an undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with AI, data, or automation is a plus
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work legally in Ireland
