What You’ll Do
- Help the Client Service Team prepare for appointments
- Answer phones and assist with receptionist duties
- Support client services and concierge tasks
- Assist with data entry in Salesforce
- Help with back-office operations and compliance
- Participate in annual client meetings
What You Need
- 1-3 years of experience or currently enrolled in college pursuing a financial degree
- Mature people and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
