What You’ll Do
- Help maintain the employee trading process
- Support KYC and deal-related tasks
- Assist in maintaining and implementing compliance policies
- Work on general compliance projects as needed
- Support the Firm’s Anti-Money Laundering program
What You Need
- Current first-year law student pursuing a J.D. degree
- Interest in financial markets and securities regulation
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- High ethical standards
- Team player who can also work independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Effective writing ability
