Intern, Private Equity Investing

StepStone Group is looking for a Private Equity Intern for the 2025-2026 period. This role is perfect for students who want to dive into the private equity world, working on due diligence, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Interns will collaborate with a dynamic team and gain valuable insights into various industries and investment strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze co-investment opportunities and secondary transactions
• Work with fund managers to conduct in-depth analysis
• Perform financial modeling and research on various companies
• Conduct due diligence on potential fund investments
• Gather insights from senior executives
• Research market trends across different industries

What You Need

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating in 2026 or later
• Completed at least one relevant internship
• High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Foreign language skills are a plus
