What You’ll Do
- Analyze and evaluate potential acquisition candidates and provide recommendations.
- Identify and reach out to potential acquisition targets.
- Prepare for and accompany company visits for deeper evaluations.
- Conduct comprehensive Financial Due Diligences.
- Create detailed market and competitive analyses.
- Help develop integration plans and identify synergy potentials.
- Work on LBO models to assess profitability and risks.
- Assist in drafting Term Sheets and purchase agreements.
What You Need
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Master’s in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a good affinity for numbers.
- Some practical experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Private Equity.
- Fluent in German and very good English skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with some experience in Financial Modelling.
- Basic coding skills (e.g., VBA, Python) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
- High motivation and interest in company analysis and strategic issues.
