$434B The AI & Automation Intern at Temasek will support procurement operations by driving workflow transformation and process automation. Interns will gain hands-on experience with Workday and contribute to meaningful improvements in the procure-to-pay cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Map out the current procurement process from goods receipt to invoice.
- Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in the workflow.
- Design future workflows that leverage automation and AI.
- Build a prototype to demonstrate measurable improvements.
- Document processes and create standard operating procedures.
What You Need
- Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance/Accounting, or similar.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and asking sharp questions to uncover how work really happens.
- Strong structured thinking to break down complex processes into clean workflows.
- Confident communicator who can align stakeholders and tell a clear transformation story.
- Bonus: Familiarity with process mapping tools and data skills like Excel or Power BI.
- Interest in workflow automation and applied AI.
