What You’ll Do
- Support the investment team in preparing financial models and presentations
- Maintain and update internal databases and Power BI
- Assist in asset management work and investor reporting
- Help collate data for GRESB submissions
What You Need
- Energetic and driven candidate
- 2nd or 3rd year undergraduate in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate, or related field
- Keen interest in real estate investment
- Team player
- Strong Excel modeling and analysis skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
