Intern, Real Estate Finance

Blackstone is looking for a Finance intern to join their Real Estate Finance team for a 6-month internship from July to December 2026. This role involves assisting with fund operations, reporting, and analysis while working closely with teams across different global offices. It’s a great opportunity to gain experience in a leading firm in the real estate sector.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with teams in New York, Hong Kong, and other Asia offices
• Help with fund operations and reporting tasks
• Assist in quarterly valuation and performance reporting
• Support debt reporting and capital markets analysis
• Prepare various internal and external reports using Excel and PowerPoint
• Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives
• Take on other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed

What You Need

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
• In your second or third year of a 4-year degree program
• Degree major in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially with pivot tables
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
