StepStone Group is looking for an Intern to join their Real Estate Team in Beijing. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn about real estate investments and work closely with experienced professionals. You’ll be involved in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting market research, all while gaining valuable insights into the real estate industry.

What You’ll Do

• Help the team assess potential fund managers and investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends in various property types.
• Review financial analyses from fund managers.
• Prepare for and participate in meetings with fund managers.
• Communicate your findings clearly in meetings and reports.

What You Need

• You’re a Junior or Rising Senior, or have a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• You’re proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• You have a solid academic record.
• You’re a team player with a strong work ethic.
• You have a keen interest in investments, especially in Real Estate.
• You have work authorization in R.C.
