Intern, Sourcing and Research

Baden Capital is looking for a motivated MBA intern to join their investment team. This role involves conducting market research, sourcing deals, and supporting various aspects of the private equity investment process. It’s a great opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment while working remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct industry and market research to find potential investment opportunities.
• Help build and maintain a database of potential targets and trends.
• Assist in initial modeling and transaction structuring.
• Review data rooms and support ad-hoc analytical tasks.
• Contribute to internal process improvements for the investment team.

What You Need

• Current MBA student or Master’s in finance, strategy, economics, or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be self-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Sales or outreach experience is a plus.
• Personal interest in investing and private equity.
