Intern to Analyst, Private Equity Investing

CAPCELLENCE Mittelstandspartner is looking for candidates for their Private Equity ‘Intern to Analyst’ program in Hamburg. This unique opportunity allows you to start in the investment team and transition into a portfolio company, with the goal of securing a permanent position. You’ll gain hands-on experience in private equity and operations, working closely with experienced professionals and making a real impact on the business.

What You’ll Do

• Work as a full team member on real deals, including due diligence and financial modeling.
• Engage actively in portfolio management and value enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with C-level executives at portfolio companies on various change projects.
• Transition to a permanent role where you will manage projects and drive value in the company.

What You Need

• You are close to finishing your Master’s degree.
• You have experience in consulting or on the PE/investment side.
• You have a strong business sense and can quickly grasp connections.
• You are proficient in Excel and have good German and English skills.
• You are flexible to work at a portfolio company location in the DACH region from Phase 2.
