Intern, Transaction Finance

Blackstone is looking for a Transaction Finance Intern for a 6-month internship starting in June/July 2026. This role offers a chance to work closely with various teams on deal execution and financial operations. Interns will gain valuable experience in the finance sector while contributing to important projects and initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Work with investment and legal teams on deal execution.
• Coordinate funding matters for acquisitions and investments.
• Review transaction documents and due diligence reports.
• Assist with quarterly investment reporting.
• Liaise with service providers for timely reporting.
• Support process improvement initiatives.

What You Need

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or Master’s program.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; a second language is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
