Intern, Venture Capital Investing

Realyze Ventures is looking for an intern to join their Venture Capital team in Cologne. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the startup world and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of venture capital. You’ll be involved in identifying new startups, managing investment processes, and supporting portfolio management. What You’ll Do

• Help identify and acquire promising startups for the portfolio.
• Manage the administrative investment process and maintain relevant databases.
• Assist in the due diligence process with investment managers.
• Contribute to the creation of investment documents and reports.
• Monitor portfolio companies and assist in reporting.
• Gain experience in financial modeling and business case development.

What You Need

• Strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
• Some experience in a VC-backed startup or a VC firm.
• Analytical skills and a basic understanding of finance.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
