Investment Associate, Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) – Absolute Return

The Investment Associate role at Blackstone’s BXMA focuses on the Absolute Return strategy. You’ll work closely with the CIO Office, leading projects, conducting research, and managing communications. What You’ll Do

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, sales & trading, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment strategies.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex data.
• Proven project management skills with minimal oversight.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Tableau and Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
