What You’ll Do
- Identify and attract exceptional founders and businesses.
- Build relationships in the startup ecosystem.
- Assess and decide on investments in founders and businesses.
- Work closely with founders to help them scale their companies.
- Support portfolio companies with fundraising and growth.
- Contribute to building Antler’s presence in Europe.
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience in early-stage investing or as a founder/operator.
- Strong people skills and good judgment.
- Curious and fast-learning with a commercial mindset.
- Comfortable working independently without close oversight.
- Experience with modern tools and automation.
- Technical background preferred, with real systems experience.
