Investment Associate, Venture Investing

Cloud Capital is looking for an Investment Associate to join their team in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll assist with investment proposals, conduct market research, and support existing investments. What You’ll Do

• Help prepare and evaluate investment proposals.
• Assist with transaction due diligence and execution.
• Conduct market research and provide insights.
• Work with senior professionals to analyze new investment opportunities.
• Manage and monitor existing investments.
• Support portfolio companies in executing their business plans.
• Build relationships within the industry.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Private Equity or M&A Advisory.
• Proven track record of executing relevant deals.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on returns.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to collaborate effectively with team members.
