In this role, you’ll be responsible for originating and executing lending opportunities with high-growth B2B SaaS and technology companies. You’ll work closely with various teams to manage the lending process from start to finish. What You’ll Do
- Originate and execute lending opportunities with high-growth tech companies.
- Build a consistent pipeline through outreach and networking.
- Develop relationships with founders, CFOs, and finance leaders.
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation to deal closure.
- Assess business models and financial performance against lending criteria.
- Represent Gilion at industry events to enhance market presence.
What You Need
- 4 – 7+ years in venture debt, growth lending, or B2B SaaS business development.
- Proven track record of meeting commercial or origination targets.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with founders and finance leaders.
- Comfortable reviewing financial models and understanding key metrics.
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
- Existing relationships in the UK startup or VC ecosystem are helpful.
