-- Arsipa is looking for an Investment Manager to join their M&A team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll manage buy-side transactions from start to finish, working closely with the M&A team and company executives. You’ll be responsible for identifying acquisition targets, conducting valuations, and negotiating deals. What You’ll Do
- Take strategic and operational responsibility for company acquisitions
- Identify and proactively approach potential acquisition targets in the Health & Safety sector
- Conduct company valuations and develop transaction structures
- Negotiate offers and contract documents
- Manage and execute buy-side transactions, coordinating with stakeholders and external advisors
What You Need
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field
- Several years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Investment Banking, or a similar role
- Proven end-to-end deal experience, ideally on the buy-side
- Independent project management of small to mid-cap deals
- Fluent in German at a native level
