Investment Manager, Transformative Tech Venture Investing

Industrifonden is looking for an Investment Manager to join their Transformative Tech team in Stockholm. This role involves sourcing, executing, and managing investments in high-growth tech companies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in growth companies and venture capital, and will work closely with founders to drive growth and create long-term value.

What You’ll Do

• Source and manage investments from early stage to exit.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to guide their growth.
• Build relationships with founders and co-investors.
• Conduct detailed analysis and due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm.

What You Need

• 15 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in growth companies.
• Experience in venture capital is a plus.
• Strong operational experience in the software industry.
• Experience with board work and corporate governance.
• Well-established network in the venture capital and startup community.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Swedish.
