Merantix Capital is looking for a Venture Studio Investor & Builder to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you’ll work closely with technical founders to help them refine their ideas and turn them into successful AI ventures. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment that values collaboration and innovation, with the opportunity to make a real impact in the AI ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and attract talented technical founders in the AI space.
• Work closely with founders to validate and refine their ideas.
• Develop investment themes based on market research and insights.
• Help turn promising ideas into fundable ventures.
• Leverage the Merantix ecosystem to support company formation.
• Position Merantix Capital as a leading AI venture studio.

What You Need

• Several years of experience in building AI/ML products.
• Deep expertise in machine learning and AI.
• Experience taking products from initial discovery to first paying users.
• Strong technical background, ideally with a Master’s or PhD in a related field.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Prior founder experience is a plus.
• Experience coaching or mentoring younger technical founders.
