Investor, Launch Team

Entrepreneurs First is looking for an Investor for their Launch program in San Francisco. In this role, you’ll support founders in building their companies and help them navigate the fundraising landscape. You’ll be responsible for managing the Launch program, facilitating valuable connections, and creating a strong community for founders. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the startup ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Help founders land their first customers and refine their value propositions.
• Facilitate introductions to top VCs and angel investors.
• Guide founders through the fundraising process and best practices.
• Manage the Launch program and support founders relocating to SF.
• Design and execute events and workshops to immerse founders in the investor ecosystem.
• Build a thriving EF Alumni network in SF.

What You Need

• 3+ years of experience as a founder, early-stage employee, or investor.
• Strong understanding of the startup and fundraising landscape.
• Excellent at building relationships and expanding networks.
• Comfortable in various environments, from hosting events to casual meetups.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and able to take ownership of your work.
