In this role, you’ll support founders in building their companies and help them navigate the fundraising landscape. You’ll be responsible for managing the Launch program, facilitating valuable connections, and creating a strong community for founders. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the startup ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Help founders land their first customers and refine their value propositions.
- Facilitate introductions to top VCs and angel investors.
- Guide founders through the fundraising process and best practices.
- Manage the Launch program and support founders relocating to SF.
- Design and execute events and workshops to immerse founders in the investor ecosystem.
- Build a thriving EF Alumni network in SF.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience as a founder, early-stage employee, or investor.
- Strong understanding of the startup and fundraising landscape.
- Excellent at building relationships and expanding networks.
- Comfortable in various environments, from hosting events to casual meetups.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of your work.
