$0.6B CAZ Investments is looking for a Senior Associate in Investor Relations to join their team in Houston, TX. This role is all about building strong relationships with investors and ensuring they receive top-notch service. You’ll work closely with various teams to onboard new investors and manage ongoing relationships. What You’ll Do
- Create raving fans of our existing investors through excellent service.
- Work closely with teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new investors.
- Manage investor relationship activities within the firm’s CRM.
- Prepare expense reports and provide administrative support for Managing Directors.
- Coordinate Managing Director calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings.
- Prepare meeting materials and handle follow-up tasks post-meeting.
What You Need
- Experience in Financial Services, Investments, or Family Offices is preferred.
- Series 65 license is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
- Outgoing personality with confidence in interacting with people.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Basic competencies in CRM software; Salesforce experience is a plus.
