HSBC is looking for an Investor Relations Specialist to join their team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll be the primary contact for investors, focusing on Direct Real Estate strategies. You’ll respond to inquiries, support client meetings, and monitor fund performance. This position offers a chance to work independently while building relationships with senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the main contact for existing investors in the region
  • Respond to investor inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Support client meetings and prepare necessary materials
  • Monitor fund performance and prepare client reports
  • Maintain documentation standards for client communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
  • 5 years of experience in investor relations, client services, or fundraising
  • Direct Real Estate experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of Alternative Strategies and investor servicing lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter who can work independently
