You’ll work closely with US-based colleagues and help build the firm’s presence in the region. What You’ll Do
- Source and evaluate Seed-stage investment opportunities in Japan and Asia.
- Build relationships with founders and ecosystem participants.
- Conduct initial screenings and investment evaluations.
- Collaborate with US-based investment professionals on due diligence.
- Support portfolio companies and evaluate follow-on investments.
What You Need
- 3-8+ years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, or consulting.
- Knowledge of the Japanese startup ecosystem is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate early-stage business models.
- Fluency with AI tools to enhance productivity.
