Junior Analyst, Fundraising – Venture Capital

HTGF is looking for a Junior Analyst in Fundraising to join their team in Bonn. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about venture capital and wants to gain hands-on experience in fundraising and investor relations. You will support the team in various tasks, from researching potential investors to preparing presentations for meetings. What You’ll Do

• Support the fundraising team in identifying and reaching out to potential investors.
• Conduct research on investor profiles and prepare materials for meetings.
• Assist in preparing presentations and pitch decks for investor discussions.
• Participate in meetings with potential and existing investors to gain insights into the VC landscape.
• Help with market and competitive analysis related to the VC ecosystem.
• Contribute to the creation of reports and newsletters for investor communication.
• Assist in organizing conferences and investor events.
• Collaborate closely with the investment and communication teams.

What You Need

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Passion for venture capital and startup ecosystems.
• Some experience in fundraising, investor relations, finance, consulting, or business development.
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense for numbers.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high degree of initiative.
