Junior Analyst, Investor Relations & Investment

AlphaX RE Capital is seeking a junior Investor Relations & Investment Associate to join their team in Cupertino, CA. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about real estate investing and investor relations. You will receive training and support while taking on responsibilities that help you grow in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior team members in maintaining investor relationships
• Prepare investor communications and updates
• Assist in creating investment decks and financial summaries
• Build and maintain real estate pro forma models
• Support investor presentations and calls

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Formal background in Accounting or Real Estate is preferred
• Basic understanding of real estate financial statements and cash flow
• 0–3 years of relevant experience or strong academic training
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) — speaking and writing
