Junior Associate, Primary Market Research

RA Capital Management is looking for a Primary Market Research Junior Associate to join their TechAtlas research team in Boston. This role involves designing and executing primary market research to support investment decisions in healthcare. Ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about using AI to enhance research quality and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute primary market research studies
• Manage research projects from start to finish
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights
• Collaborate with various teams to define research questions
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research workflows
• Develop clear deliverables to communicate insights

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, or related field
• Strong scientific literacy and ability to interpret clinical and scientific data
• Comfort using AI tools and interest in integrating AI into research workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborative mindset to work across teams
• Must be based in Boston and authorized to work in the U.S.
