Junior Investment Analyst, M&A & Public Markets

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate potential acquisition targets in private and public markets
• Analyze financial statements and build financial models
• Develop investment theses and write internal memos
• Research public companies and monitor market catalysts
• Support conference strategies and executive meetings
• Communicate with CEOs, bankers, and analysts

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in investment, banking, or a similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of financial statements and company fundamentals
• Ability to build and interpret financial models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism and initiative
