This full-day, in-person program hosted in our New York office, is designed to provide you with greater insight into our firm, its culture, and 2025 Summer Analyst opportunities in our Capital Markets, Client & Partner Group, Global Macro Balance Sheet & Risk, Infrastructure, Insurance Strategy & Strategic Finance, Leveraged Credit, Private Credit, Private Equity, and Real Estate teams. Through a variety of interactive sessions, you will gain insight into our business model, network with KKR executives, and learn more about our career paths.

Primary Qualifications and Skills:
This program is an integral part of our diversity recruiting efforts helping to attract historically underrepresented groups in the financial services industry. Students graduating in December 2025 – June 2026, and self-identify as a member of a historically underrepresented group in the financial services industry are especially encouraged to apply.
- Current undergraduate student with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Interest in alternative investments with exceptional work ethic, strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum
