Lead Developer, Investment Engineering

Apollo Global Management is looking for a Credit Lead Developer to join their Investment Engineering team in New York. This role involves collaborating with the Credit Trading Desk to create scalable technology solutions. You’ll lead the development process, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality data governance while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full development lifecycle from design to implementation.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology, with at least 5+ years in a trading environment.
• Experience building and deploying trading software in production.
• Knowledge of trading technologies across asset classes.
• Expertise in transaction cost analysis, P&L attribution, and risk factor modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong initiative and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative leader who can work across all levels of the organization.
