Manager, Adobe Ventures

Adobe is looking for a Senior Manager for their Adobe Ventures team in San Francisco. This role is key in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, supporting portfolio growth, and driving strategic value for Adobe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate VC or development and a passion for empowering creativity through technology.

What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in the tech space.
• Build and maintain market landscapes and investment theses.
• Lead early-stage diligence and synthesize findings for decision-making.
• Support portfolio companies by driving key introductions and partnerships.
• Manage Ventures events and marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of investments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete investments.

What You Need

• 5-8 years of experience in corporate VC, corporate development, investment banking, or venture capital/private equity.
• Strong network of high-growth tech founders and industry contacts.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to solve strategic problems and connect the dots.
• High emotional intelligence and business intuition.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Proactive self-starter who can adapt to fast-paced environments.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar field; MBA preferred.
