Manager, Aprio Ventures

Aprio is looking for a Manager for their Ventures team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves sourcing investment opportunities and building relationships within the venture community. The Manager will also support portfolio companies and contribute to brand visibility through events and marketing. What You’ll Do

• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Build relationships with venture capital firms and founders.
• Represent Aprio Ventures at industry events and conferences.
• Support portfolio companies with tools and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce investment materials.
• Contribute to brand building and marketing initiatives.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in venture capital, startup operations, or private equity is a plus.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical skills to evaluate early-stage companies.
• High energy and proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
