Manager, Global Credit Finance

The Carlyle Group is looking for a Manager for their Global Credit Finance team. This role involves overseeing accounting and reporting for the Credit Opportunities Fund, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong finance experience and the ability to manage junior team members. What You’ll Do

• Oversee accounting and reporting for the Credit Opportunities Fund
• Review financial statements and capital allocations
• Coordinate audit requests and respond to investor queries
• Collaborate with teams to structure products for investors
• Monitor compliance with fund agreements

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in private credit or public accounting
• Experience with fund accounting and GP/LP structures
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to manage and develop junior team members
