Manager, Global Credit Finance – Structured Credit

The Carlyle Group is looking for a Manager in Global Credit Finance to oversee fund management for their Structured Credit CLO platform. This role involves working closely with investment professionals and various teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and experience in structured credit.

What You’ll Do

• Lead fund management and operations for CLO transactions
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely execution of fund closings
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance for funds
• Manage investor reporting and respond to inquiries
• Facilitate tax planning and compliance
• Mentor and develop junior team members

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and investment fund accounting
• Experience with structured credit and CLO structures is a plus
• Ability to manage external audits and third-party administrators
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
