Manager, Investment Manager

Tengelmann Ventures is looking for an Investment Manager to join their growing team in Munich. In this role, you’ll be involved in all stages of the investment process, working closely with experienced colleagues and supporting portfolio companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into the world of Private Equity and Venture Capital while making a real impact on the growth of innovative businesses.

What You’ll Do

• Get involved in all phases of the investment process
• Work closely with experienced investment colleagues
• Support portfolio companies and their founders on their growth journey
• Conduct thorough due diligence and market analysis
• Manage and monitor portfolio performance
• Identify attractive investment opportunities through market research
• Help develop internal processes and tools

What You Need

• Degree in Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• 3+ years on the buy-side in Private Equity, Growth Equity, or Late-Stage VC
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and accounting skills
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent team player
• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
