Manager, Investor Relations

One Acre Fund is looking for a Global Investor Relations Manager to join their team in Nairobi. This role involves sourcing and structuring debt financing to support their operations. You’ll work closely with banks and investors, helping to manage relationships and contribute to the organization’s financial strategies. What You’ll Do

• Source and structure working capital financing deals from banks in Africa.
• Lead innovative financing platforms for local currency and structured debt products.
• Represent the Investor Relations team at conferences and investor events.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to team goals on capital structure and liquidity.

What You Need

• 8-10+ years of experience in banking or finance.
• Proven track record of structuring loans in the 7-8 figure range.
• Experience managing the full debt raising cycle independently.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Established networks in the African banking and investing community.
