What You Need
- At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Currently living in Japan with the ability to work full-time.
- Experience managing acquisition funnels and leads.
- Skilled in organizing events and building communities.
- Fluent in English or Japanese, with conversational skills in the other language.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset for optimizing operations.
- Prior experience in the venture capital or startup ecosystem is a plus.
