What You’ll Do

- Support transaction structuring and negotiations.
- Represent AMD as a board observer when needed.
What You Need
- Strong analytical skills and business judgment.
- Experience in corporate VC, institutional VC, or private equity.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive relationship builder with startup leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
