Manager, Venture Investment

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop investment opportunities that align with AMD’s strategy.
• Build relationships with founders and venture capital firms.
• Lead due diligence processes and develop investment cases.
• Present investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support transaction structuring and negotiations.
• Represent AMD as a board observer when needed.

What You Need

• Strong analytical skills and business judgment.
• Experience in corporate VC, institutional VC, or private equity.
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive relationship-building skills.
• Experience with early-stage and growth-stage investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
