Managing Director, Real Assets / Infrastructure Product Specialist

Hamilton Lane is looking for a Managing Director to join their Global Client Solutions Team. This role involves managing investment products and platforms, supporting fundraising efforts, and enhancing investor relations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product management for investment products from start to finish.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and support investor relations.
• Create and maintain marketing materials for products.
• Work with various teams to ensure product success and compliance.
• Monitor product performance and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate on new product ideas and market strategies.
• Guide junior team members and manage their tasks.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years in financial services with a focus on product management or investor relations.
• Experience working with institutional or wealth clients.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics simply.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data.
• Experience with private markets products is a plus.
