Managing Director, Revenue & Product – Hyperscaler Relationships & Leasing

Ares Management is looking for a Managing Director to lead hyperscale relationships and leasing for their Ada Infrastructure division. This role involves securing partnerships with major cloud providers and driving leasing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate and a strong track record in large-scale transactions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with global hyperscalers

What You Need

• 10+ years in commercial real estate, data centers, or tech infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record in large-scale leasing transactions
• Strong financial acumen to evaluate deals
